1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the x777b platform available at x777b.net (hereinafter referred to as "x777b," "the Platform," "we," "us," or "our"), you (hereinafter referred to as "the Player," "you," or "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using x777b and close your account. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2.4 One Account Policy. Each individual player is permitted to maintain only one (1) active x777b account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. x777b reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate accounts and to void any winnings associated with them.

You may be required to submit a valid Philippine government-issued identification document (such as a PhilSys National ID, passport, or driver's license) before withdrawals are processed or higher deposit limits are granted.

3. Account Security

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. x777b accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and InstaPay. All transactions are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). x777b does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — the payment method used for deposits must be registered in your own name.

4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount on x777b is ₱100. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of the transaction request.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing. x777b aims to process withdrawal requests within one (1) to three (3) business hours for GCash and PayMaya. Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take up to twenty-four (24) hours. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions. 4.5 Dormant Accounts. 5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by x777b are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements, which are published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. Where bonus abuse is detected, x777b reserves the right to void all associated bonuses and winnings and to close the relevant accounts.

5.4 Promotional Changes. x777b reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotions are available to eligible Philippine residents only and may be subject to additional geographic or account-level restrictions.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

6.1 Game Integrity. All games available on x777b — including slots, live casino, bingo, rummy, Dinosaur Tycoon, and sports betting — are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer streams from licensed studios. x777b does not manipulate game outcomes.

6.2 Technical Malfunctions. 7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on x777b and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false identity information during registration or KYC verification;

8. Intellectual Property

Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in x777b's intellectual property.

Unauthorized use of x777b's intellectual property may constitute an infringement under Philippine intellectual property law (Republic Act No. 8293).

9. Limitation of Liability

9.2 Liability Cap. To the maximum extent permitted by law, x777b's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your x777b account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9.3 Consequential Damages. x777b shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, even if x777b has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9.4 Force Majeure. x777b shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of government, power outages, internet service disruptions, or other force majeure events affecting the Philippines or x777b's service infrastructure.

10. Responsible Gaming

10.1 Age Restriction. x777b strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement for all real-money gaming activities. Any player found to be under the age of 21 will have their account immediately closed and any deposits returned, less any amounts already wagered.

11. Account Suspension & Termination

11.1 x777b's Right to Suspend. x777b reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably believes that: (a) the player has violated these Terms & Conditions; (b) the player has engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity; (c) the player's account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other players; or (d) required by applicable law or regulatory directive.

11.2 Player-Initiated Closure. You may close your x777b account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of applicable bonus funds subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered Philippine payment method within five (5) business days.

11.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of your account for any reason, your right to access and use the x777b platform ceases immediately. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.

12.3 Regulatory Complaints. If you believe x777b has acted in breach of its regulatory obligations, you may file a complaint with the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR), the regulatory body responsible for overseeing online gaming operations in the Philippines.

13. Amendments to These Terms

x777b reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, x777b will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or an in-platform notification.
